I never fill these out. So take that as an indication about what I’m going to say. The staff was amazing. I was traveling with a youth hockey team, and we are admittedly a pain in the butt group to deal with. Believe me I worked for a 300 room hotel that was 1 mile from a rink and hosted many of families during weekend tournaments. All staff treated us with kindness and respect. It’s obvious that they all have the “hospitality gene”. Special shout out to the female staff working the overnight shift. Kids up till 10:30p, parents drinking even later, guests complaining. She handled the situation with grace and respect.

The breakfast was an actual, "Hot", breakfast, not just Danish and fruit with coffee and Tang. The rooms were spotless, everything worked, and some toiletries were included. The hallways, entry and Lobby were clean and uncluttered. There was fruit and flavored water available in the lobby while you waited. The Staff greeted us immediately and were very professional and friendly.

Each employee that I met was more than helpful, kind, and understanding. My stay was due to a last minute emergency. I was upset and dealing with a lot but each person I came across (from the woman cleaning the rooms, the maintenance guy, and the two employees at the front desk) was extremely helpful, thoughtful and personable. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Standard included breakfast; it was good. The staff was friendly and worked to get me in a room as soon as I arrived for check in. Parking was convenient and allowed quick access to the Hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The air conditioning and fan was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The linens, towels, sink and bathroom were all fresh and clean.

Location was PERFECT to visit Kirtland and other Historical Sites in the area. The room was pretty clean and comfortable, and cute to boot! Breakfast each morning was awesome, and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.
